I won't do

- Fetish content
- Excessive gore or graphic violence
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Complex mecha, robots, vehicles or machinery
- Existing copyrighted characters (fanart)

✦ General

▸ Commissions are accepted at my discretion. I may decline or cancel any commission for reasons such as poor communication, rude behavior, unrealistic demands, personal/health issues, or content outside my comfort zone.▸ All commissions are original works created in my own artistic style. I will not copy or replicate other artists’ works or designs.▸ You must own the characters you commission or have explicit permission from the owner. Surprise gifts are allowed, but the original owner may be credited publicly.▸ Please keep all messages brief, clear, and professional. Small talk, role-play, and disrespectful behavior are not allowed.▸ You are paying for my artistic labor only. You do not receive ownership or commercial rights to the artwork.

✦ Payment and Refunds

▸ Payment is made via PayPal in EUR unless another method is agreed upon in advance.▸ Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Payment plans may be considered for large commissions (€100+).▸ Payment covers artistic labor only and does not include copyright or commercial rights.Refunds:▸ Full refund if no work has started.
▸ Partial refund (proportional to progress) if work has already begun.
▸ No refunds once the artwork is completed.

✦ Edits & Revisions

▸Minor edits are free during the sketch phase.▸Major changes (pose, color palette, background, character design, etc.) may incur extra fees.▸After sketch approval, only minor edits will be accepted.▸Missing elements that were clearly shown in your reference will be fixed for free.▸ Missing details not provided in the reference may require additional payment.▸Excessive or repeated revision requests may result in cancellation of the commission.

✦ Turnaround & Delivery

▸ Standard turnaround time is 1–3 months, depending on my queue, the complexity of the piece, and personal circumstances.▸ Rush orders (1–3 days) are possible with a 15% rush fee and require fast feedback from you.▸ Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon before payment.▸ WIP (work-in-progress) updates are only provided for certain commission types.▸ Finished artwork will be delivered digitally via email or shared drive. Download links will remain available for 30 days after delivery.▸ Delays caused by unclear or missing references are not my responsibility.

✦ Copyright & Usage

▸ I retain full copyright of all artwork I create.▸ You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints).▸ Prohibited uses include: commercial sale, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or redistribution.▸ You may repost the artwork with proper credit to me (@schradeborne).▸ Minor adjustments (cropping, resizing) are allowed for personal use. Heavy editing or defacing is not permitted.▸ Private commissions (where I do not post the artwork publicly) must be agreed upon in advance.

✦ Additional Notes

▸ Commissions are completed in queue order. Payment does not guarantee immediate start.▸ I may stream or share the creation process publicly, but I do not guarantee streaming for every commission.▸ Breaking these Terms of Service (especially commercial use, NFTs, or AI training) may result in revocation of usage rights and possible partial or no refund.▸ You can check the status of your commission at any time on my Trello

✦ Crediting

▸ Please credit me as the designer at least once when you first post the adopt.▸ Credit is appreciated (but not mandatory) for future uses of the character.▸ Do not claim the original design or artwork as your own creation.

✦ Reselling / Trading

▸ You may resell or trade the character.▸ Reselling value can equal:
The original adopt price or
Any commissioned artwork costs you paid for the character▸ Do not resell for more than the total money invested (unless the site/community rules allow it).

✦ Editing & Redesigning

▸ You may edit the design however you like.▸ Please don't heavily redesign to the point it doesn't look the same as what I did.

✦ Forbidden Uses

▸ Do not use the design for hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content.▸ Prohibited: NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or any similar emerging tech uses.▸ Do not claim that you created the original design.
