• Commissions are accepted at my discretion. I may decline or cancel any commission for reasons such as poor communication, rudeness, unrealistic requests, health issues, or content outside my comfort zone.
• Commissions are one-of-a-kind, original works and will be interpreted in my style. They may not replicate other artists’ works or designs.
• You must own the characters you commission or have permission from the owner. Surprise gifts are accepted, but the original owner may be credited publicly.
• Please keep DMs/PMs brief and professional. No small talk, role-play, or attitude.
• You acknowledge that you are paying for artistic labor only and do not receive the ownership or commercial rights.✦ Payment and Refunds
• Payments are made via PayPal (EURO) unless otherwise agreed. Other platforms (Ko-fi) may be used with prior approval.
• Payment is upfront before work begins. Partial payment plans may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for larger commissions (100+).
• Payment covers artistic labor only; it does not convey copyright or commercial rights unless explicitly negotiated.
Refunds:
• A full refund if work has not started.
• A partial refund if work has started, proportional to completion.
• No refund once artwork is complete.✦ Edits & Revisions
• Minor edits are free during the sketch phase. Major edits (pose, palette, background, character design) may incur additional fees.
• After sketch approval, only minor edits are allowed.
• Missing elements present in your reference will be fixed free of charge. Missing details not included may incur extra fees.
• Excessive revision requests (daily/hourly) may be considered harassment and could result in cancellation.✦ Turnaround & Delivery
• Typical turnaround: 1–3 months, depending on queue, complexity, or personal circumstances.
• Rush requests (1–3 days) require a 15% rush fee and timely feedback.
• Deadlines must be agreed upon before payment; deadlines requested after payment may be declined.
• WIP updates are shared only for specific commission types. Other commission types do not receive WIP updates.
• Completed artwork is delivered digitally via email, OneDrive, or agreed platform. Files will be accessible for download for 1 month unless otherwise specified.
• Clear references and timely feedback are required; delays due to unclear information are not my responsibility.✦ Copyright & Usage
• I retain full copyright to all artwork.
• You may use commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes: profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints, etc.
• Prohibited uses: commercial sale, NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or redistribution.
• You may repost finished artwork with credit to me. Cropping, resizing, or rotating for personal use is allowed; heavy edits or defacement are prohibited.
• Private-use commissions (no public sharing by me) require prior agreement. These will not be shared publicly.✦ Additional Notes
• Payment does not guarantee immediate work; commissions are completed in order of queue.
• I may stream or share work publicly but do not guarantee streaming for specific commissions.
• Any breach of these TOS (e.g., commercial use without permission, NFT usage, AI training) may result in cancellation of granted rights, and I reserve the right to issue only a partial refund (or none).

✦ Ownership
• Once purchased, the character design belongs to you. I (the creator) retain rights to the original artwork unless a commercial license is purchased.✦ Crediting
• Please credit me as the designer at least once when you first post the adopt.
• Credit is appreciated (but not mandatory) for future uses of the character.
• Do not claim the original design or artwork as your own creation.
✦ Allowed Usage
• You may:
Use the character in personal projects
Use them in stories, roleplays, artwork, etc.
Make small edits or redesigns
Commission others to draw the character• Monetized Content Use (If purchased)
If you buy the monetized license, you may use the character in: YouTube videos, Streams / VTubing, Webcomics, Any ad-revenue or donation-supported media.
You may not sell physical or digital products using the design without the separate merchandising license.• Commercial Merchandising (If purchased)
If you buy the commercial-merch license, you may: Sell merchandise featuring the character, Use the design in commercial games, prints, stickers, etc.
You may not resell my original adopt artwork files as-is without significant transformation or added value.✦ Editing & Redesigning
• You may edit the design however you like.
• Please dont heavily redesign to the point it doenst look the same as what i did.✦ Reselling / Trading
• You may resell or trade the character.
• Reselling value can equal:
The original adopt price or
Any commissioned artwork costs you paid for the character
• Do not resell for more than the total money invested (unless the site/community rules allow it).✦ Forbidden Uses
• Do not use the design for hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Prohibited: NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, or any similar emerging tech uses.
• Do not claim that you created the original design.
